Air Fried Rigatoni with Vero Gusto® Sauce by Barilla® for Dipping

One thing for sure at our home is that our kids love eating pasta (the adults do too). That's why I came up with this fun and easy recipe - especially for those busy school nights.

Before I make any recipe, I head to Safeway to make sure I'm prepared with all the ingredients. I was so pleased to find all three of the Vero Gusto® Sauces by Barilla® in stock for this recipe.

We chose Vero Gusto® Sauces by Barilla® because of their delicious homemade taste from being slow cooked and simmered in Parma, Italy with the finest regional ingredients and without any added flavors or sugar (shhh, don't tell my kids).

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Vero Gusto® Sauce by Barilla® (I used the Sicilian Herb, Heritage Marinara and the Tomato & Basil because we like a variety for dipping)!

1 Box of Barilla® Rigatoni

1/2 TBSP Salt

1/2 TBSP Pepper

1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder

1/2 TBSP Italian Seasoning

1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan



Boil your rigatoni until it is cooked al dente. Then drain the pasta immediately.

Once drained, add all of the dry ingredients + the EVOO and Parmesan Cheese and mix well with a wooden spatula.

Place in air dryer and cook at 380 degrees for 8 minutes.

While your pasta is air frying, pour out your Vero Gusto® Sauce Barilla® in bowls to get ready for the dipping extravaganza!

Once your pasta is finished cooking, plate it, garnish with fresh Parmesan Cheese and Fresh Italian Parsley and serve immediately! #BarillaUS #VeroGusto
